DEPOSIT & FULL PAYMENT
A non- refundable deposit of RM2,000.00pp required upon acceptance along with booking form and copy of passport.
2nd Payment of 50% from balance payment to be paid 6 months prior to departure. Final balance payment to be paid 3 months prior to departure

MODE OF PAYMENT: 
All payments payable to TOPAZ TRAVEL AND TOURS SDN BHD by cash, Cheque, bank draft or bank transfers only.  

CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL FEES:
a) Non refundable deposit of RM2,000.00 upon registration.  
b) 6 months before departure 50% of tour cost.  
c) 3 months before departure 100% of tour cost.
d) Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in cancellation of booking/registration.

OPERATION PROCEDURES:
Passport copy to be submitted together with completed registration form.

UNUSED SERVICES DURING TOUR: 
TOPAZ TRAVEL will not refund for any unused services in respect to air fares, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, tour or other services which are included in the tour price.

TOUR FARE EXCLUDES:
Room service, laundry, telephone calls, internet facilities or any other items not listed in the inclusions and itinerary.
Other incidental items of a personal nature.


CHILD FARE:
Eligibility: Above 2 yrs and Below 12 yrs on the date of departure. Child tour fare is based on sharing room with 2 adults. There will be an additional cost for child sharing one room with one adult.

  • Infant: Must be below 2 yrs on the date of departure.
  • Child With Bed (2-12yrs): 80% from Adult  (maximum 3 persons in a room)
  • Child NO Bed (2-10yrs) : 75% from Adult

Note: In Europe child sharing with parents must have extra bed

SPECIAL REQUEST:
If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements and so on, please inform TOPAZ TRAVEL 30 days before departure. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that his/her international passport has a validity more than 6 months from the date of departure and there are atleast 2 blank pages available without stamps.

RESPONSIBILITY:
TOPAZ TRAVEL acts only as an agent for the transportation, hotels and other principals for the tour programs. We accept no responsibility for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, quarantine, theft, custom regulations, strikes, deportation or refusal of entry Immigration authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any losses or expenses are the responsibility of the participants. All proper travel documentation are sole responsibility of the participants. In the event of cancellation due to ANY unforeseen circumstances such as Travel Advisory against the country visited, war, virus pendemic/epidemic, or natural disasters, the tour will be either postponed to a later date or shifted to an alternative destination within the same cost or with add on cost.
