DAY 1 / 18 APR (SAT) : ASSEMBLE BORNEO/KLIA

• For Borneo participants , assemble at airport for flight to KLIA.
• Meet and assemble at KLIA 4 hours before departure for check in.

DAY 2 / 19 APR (SUN) : ISTANBUL - ADANA    (D)

• Flight departs for Istanbul via Dubai.
• Upon arrival in Istanbul, proceed for onward connecting flight to Adana.
• Arrive Adana, collect baggage and clear immigration and customs.
• MASS.
• Proceed to hotel for check in.
• Dinner and overnight in Adana.

DAY 3 / 20 APR (MON) : ADANA   (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel and proceed for your tour of Adana, a city situated in the plain of Cilicia, on the Seyhan River (the ancient Sarus River) is an agricultural and industrial center and the country’s fourth largest city.
• Proceed to visit the Grotto of St Peter the Apostle.
• MASS.
• Continue for lunch.
• Thereafter, visit the second largest museum in the world, The Archaeological Museum.
• Transfer back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 / 21 APR (TUE) : ADANA - CAPPADOCIA   (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel and check out.
• Transfer to Tarsus - the birthplace of St Paul and visit St Paul’s Well
• MASS.
• Lunch then proceed to drive to Cappadocia.
• Upon arrival, proceed to hotel for check in.
• Dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 / 22 APR (WED) : CAPPADOCIA   (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel.
• MASS.
• Continue to visit the Underground City of Kaymakli (early Christian settlements with chapels), Uschisar Rock Fortress and Pigeon Valley.
• Continue to visit Ucguzeller Valley, Three Beauties, Land of the Hittites (a tribe mentioned in Genesis 23), Gerome Valley and more.
• Lunch.
• Continue to visit Avanos consisting of Cappadocian Fairy Chimney, Zelve Valley and Pottery Factory.
• Transfer back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 / 23 APR (THU) : CAPPADOCIA - DERBE - KONYA   (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel and check out.
• Drive to Derbe (Karaman) - where St Paul preached the Gospel and gained many converts.
• Continue to Konya - St Paul and Barnabas visited the city on Paul’s first missionary journey (Acts 13:51) where they preached in the synagogue and city.
• Lunch then visit the Church of St Paul.
• MASS.
• Visit The Archaeological Museum which includes the Sidemara Sarcophagus.
• Proceed to hotel for check in, dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 / 24 APR (FRI) : KONYA - COLOSSAE - LAODICEA - PAMUKKALE   (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel and check out.
• MASS then proceed to Colossae - ruins near Honaz Dag and Pisidian Antioch and visit St Paul’s Basilica.
• Lunch then continue to Laodicea.
• Upon arrival, visit the Ruins, Old Roman Road and Roman Amphitheatre.
• Continue to Pamukkale, visit the Travetine and Hierapolis.
• Continue to hotel, check in, dinner and overnight.

 DAY 8 / 25 APR (SAT) : PAMUKKALE - EPHESUS - KUSADASI  (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel then check out.
• Drive to Ephesus and upon arrival, visit the House of Mother Mary - where she stayed until she was assumed into heaven.
• MASS.
• Visit the Ephesus Church and Archaeological Site.
• Lunch then transfer to Kusadasi.
• Upon arrival, head to hotel for check in, dinner and
  overnight.

  DAY 9 / 26 APR (SUN) : KUSADASI - IZMIR - PERGAMUM - BURSA  (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel and check out.
• Proceed to Izmir and visit the Church of Revelation in Smyrna.
• Visit St John’s Cathedral.
• MASS.
• Drive to Pergamum and visit the Acropolis, Altar of Zeus, Temple of Trajan and Library.
• Transfer to Bursa and check into hotel.
• Dinner and overnight.

   DAY 10 / 27 APR (MON) : BURSA - ISTANBUL  (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel, check out and proceed to Istanbul.
• Upon arrival, proceed to visit the Church of St Peter and St Paul.
• MASS.
• Lunch.
• Continue to visit the Church of St Anthony of Padua - the biggest active Catholic Church in Turkey.
• Transfer to hotel for check in.
• Dinner and overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 11 / 28 APR (TUE) : ISTANBUL  (B/L/D)

• Breakfast in hotel.
• MASS.
• Visit Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome Square and Topkapi Palace.
• Lunch.
• Free time.
• Proceed for Bosphorus Cruise.
• Dinner and overnight in Istanbul.

 DAY 12 / 29 APR (WED) : ISTANBUL - KLIA  (B)

• Breakfast at hotel.
• FAREWELL MASS.
• Free time to visit the Grand Bazaar - a maze of streets and shops of Old Turkey.
• Check out and transfer to airport for flight to Kuala Lumpur via Dubai.

  DAY 13 / 30  APR (THU) : KLIA - BORNEO 

• Arrive KLIA with fond memories of your Turkiye Pilgrimage.
• For Borneo participants, onward flight to your final destination.
