Day 01/05 Mar/Thu: KL – Cyprus (Via Dubai)
- Assemble at KL International Airport and meet main group at the Emirates check in counter.
Day 02/06 Mar/Fri: Arrival in Cyprus (D)
- Depart Dubai at 0735hrs.
- Arrive Cyprus at 0940hrs —the island of the Apostles Paul and Barnabas.
- Cyprus is a small island that lies in the far eastern corner of the Mediterranean Sea. Its closest neighbors are Turkey and Syria. Because of this location it is geographically considered part of the Middle East
- Transfer to Northern Cyprus to visit:
- Famagusta: A walled city rich in medieval architecture.
- Famagusta (Gazimagusa) is a port city on the east coast of Cyprus, the center of the district of the same name and once the most important commercial center of the island. Geographically refers to the partially recognized Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
- Salamis: An ancient Greco-Roman city where Paul preached.
- Salamis was believed to have been the capital of Cyprus as far back as 1100 BC, in the late Bronze Age. A large city located on the eastern side of the island north of Famagusta, it survived successive occupations by many dominant groups over the course of its history, including Assyrians, Egyptians, Persians and Romans, but eventually succumbed to the forces of nature.
- St Peter & St Paul Church (now a mosque), Nestorian Church, and the Twin Churches used by the Crusaders.
- Mass at the Church of St Barnabas and visit to his tomb.
- Dinner and overnight at Cyprus.
Day 03/07 Mar/Sat: Nicosia – Paphos (B/D)
- After breakfast, proceed to mass at the Church of the Holy Cross (Franciscan) in the divided capital of Nicosia.
- Visit Neofytos Monastery (13th c.), founded by a hermit monk.
- Follow the Acts of the Apostles route to Paphos, via:
- Limassol: Visit the Franciscan Church of St Catherine.
- Amathus and Kourion: Ancient cities near the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite.
- Paphos: Visit the Pillar of St Paul, where he was flogged, and the nearby UNESCO archaeological park.
- Paphos town is one of the three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Paphos. Paphos is home to some of the world’s oldest water wells. The stone-age wells that were found in Kissonerga, have been around for about 10,500 years. They serve as a reminder of the sophistication of Neolithic settlers.
- Dinner and overnight.
Day 04/08 Mar/Sun: Larnaca – Troodos Mountains (B/D)
- After breakfast, proceed to the Troodos Mountains, known for Byzantine churches and monasteries.
- The Troodos mountain range stretches across most of the western side of Cyprus. There are many mountain resorts, Byzantine monasteries, and churches on mountain peaks, and nestling in its valleys and mountains are villages clinging to terraced hills. The area has been known since antiquity for its mines, which for centuries supplied copper to the entire Mediterranean.
- Visit Kakopetria Church (UNESCO), Monastery of St Barnabas, Church of St Lazarus (raised from the dead by Jesus), and Angeloktisti Church with its 6th-century mosaics.
- Mass at the Cathedral of St Nicholas.
- Visit a local winery in Limassol before returning.
- Dinner and overnight.
Day 05/09 Mar/Mon: Larnaca – Kition – Tel Aviv (B/D)
- After breakfast & check out, proceed to mass at Santa Maria della Grazia, a Catholic church with deep Franciscan roots.
- Visit the ancient site of Kition, mentioned in Genesis as “Kittim”—one of the earliest city-kingdoms in Cyprus.
- The architectural ruins of the ancient city-kingdom of Kition provide the first clear evidence that the Mycenaean Achaeans arrived in Larnaka (Larnaca) in the 13th century BC and stayed until the end of the 11th century BC. The Phoenicians inhabited the city in the 9th century BC.
- Early dinner & transfer to airport for flight to Tel Aviv.
- Arrive and overnight at Tel Aviv.
Day 06/10 Mar/Tue Tel Aviv -Haifa - Tiberias (B/L/D)
- After breakfast, proceed to mass at St Peter’s Church in Jaffa, where Peter had his vision (Acts 10).
- Visit Emmaus, where the Risen Christ walked with His disciples.
- Emmaus is a town mentioned in the Gospel of Luke of the New Testament. Luke reports that Jesus appeared, after his death and resurrection, before two of his disciples while they were walking on the road to Emmaus.
- After lunch, proceed to visit Stella Maris Monastery on Mount Carmel, honoring the prophet Elijah.
- Stella Maris Monastery on Mount Carmel located in Haifa, not far from Nazareth, lies one of the most significant sites in the Holy Land. During the 12th Century when the Crusaders occupied this area, groups of hermits chose to occupy this site in imitation of Elijah the Prophet, who was said to have lived here. They founded the order known as the Carmelites and built a chapel here in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary who was to become the Patroness of the Carmelite Order.
- Ascend Mount Tabor, the traditional site of Jesus’ Transfiguration.
- Dinner and overnight at Tiberias.
Day 07/11 Mar/Wed: Cana – Nazareth – Magdala & Sea of Galilee (B/L/D)
- After breakfast, proceed to Cana for marriage renewal prayers.
- Visit Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home:
- Church of St Joseph
- Basilica of the Annunciation, where Mary said “yes” to God
- The towering cupola of the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth stands over the cave that tradition holds to be the home of the Virgin Mary. The massive two-storey basilica, in strikingly modern architectural style and colourfully decorated, became the largest Christian church in the Middle East when it was completed in 1969 (since overtaken in 2019 by the Coptic Orthodox Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Egypt’s new capital).
- After lunch proceed to the Sea of Galilee, with Mass on the water.
- Visit key Gospel sites Mount of Beatitudes – where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount
- The Mount of Beatitudes, believed to be the setting for Jesus’ most famous discourse, the Sermon on the Mount, is one of the most beautifully serene places in the Holy Land. Overlooking the northwestern shore of the Sea of Galilee, it offers an enchanting vista of the northern part of the lake and across to the cliffs of the Golan Heights on the other side.
- Capernaum – home of Peter and Jesus’ base of ministry
- Church of the Primacy of Peter
- Tabgha – site of the miracle of the loaves and fish
- Gadara – where Jesus healed the possessed man.
- End the day at Magdala, hometown of Mary Magdalene.
- Dinner and overnight.
Day 08/12 Mar/Thu: Jericho – Qumran – Bethany – Jerusalem (B/L/D)
- After breakfast, drive south to Jericho. Visit Jericho, the world’s oldest city.
- Jericho, town located in the West Bank. Jericho is one of the earliest continuous settlements in the world, dating perhaps from about 9000 bce. Archaeological excavations have demonstrated Jericho’s lengthy history. The city’s site is of great archaeological importance; it provides evidence of the first development of permanent settlements and thus of the first
- Ride the cable car to Mount of Temptation.
- See Zacchaeus’s Sycamore Tree.
- Explore Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.
- At Bethany, visit Lazarus’s Tomb and celebrate Mass at the Church of Bethany.
- Arrive in Jerusalem.
- Dinner and overnight at Jerusalem.
Day 09/13 Mar/Fri: Bethlehem & Ein Karem (B/D)
- After breakfast, proceed to visit Bethlehem, the birthplace of Christ:
- Visit Shepherds’ Field.
- The Shepherds' Field Chapel, or the Sanctuary of Gloria in excelsis Deo, is a Roman Catholic religious building in Beit Sahour, southeast of Bethlehem, West Bank, Palestine. The chapel commemorates the annunciation of Jesus' birth to the shepherds, said to have taken place in Beit Sahour.
- Visit Church of the Nativity and Milk Grotto, where the Holy Family found refuge
- Mass at the Chapel of St Catherine
- Time for religious shopping.
- After OWN lunch drive to In Ein Karem,
- Visit, Church of the Magnificat, Church of St John the Baptist
- Church in Ein Kerem, a small village outside Jerusalem which hosts several churches and monasteries related to John the Baptist. It is the Church of Saint John the Baptist and it stands at the spot where John the Baptist’s parents’ home stood – and therefore marks John birthplace.
- Dinner and overnight.
Day 10/14 Mar/Sat: Mount of Olives & Mt Zion (B/L/D)
- After breakfast, visit Mount of Olives sites Church of the Ascension (now a mosque)
- The 64-metre tower that dominates the Mount of Olives skyline belongs to the Russian Orthodox Church of the Ascension. It was built to this height in the 1870s so that pilgrims unable to walk to the Jordan River could climb its 214 steps and at least see the river. Atop the freestanding square tower is a sharply-pointed belfry. It contains an eight-ton bell, cast in Russia and pulled and pushed — mainly by women pilgrims — on a circular wagon from the port of Jaffa. It was the first Christian bell to ring in the Ottoman city of Jerusalem

- Dominus Flevit – where Jesus wept over Jerusalem & Gethsemane
- After lunch continue visit to Dormition Abbey, St Peter in Gallicantu
- Mass at the Cenacle – the Upper Room of the Last Supper

- Christian Media Center for a digital resurrection experience

- Free time in the Old City.

Day 11/15 Mar/Sun: Jerusalem – Jordan – Dead Sea (B/D)
- Early in the morning, proceed for Stations of the Cross (Via Dolorosa).
- The Via Dolorosa (sometimes called “the Way of Suffering) is a route located in the Old City of Jerusalem which follows the route that Jesus is believed to have walked on his way to be crucified. The route follows the traditional 14 Stations of the Cross, beginning with a place where Christians have traditionally believed Pilate condemned Jesus to death (the Lion’s Gate near what used to be a Roman fortress), and ending at a spot which is believed to hold the tomb where Jesus was buried.
- Mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the site of the Crucifixion and Resurrection.
- Back to hotel for breakfast. Check out and proceed to cross into Jordan.
- Visit Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land.
- Mount Nebo is an elevated ridge located in Jordan, approximately 700 meters above sea level. Part of the Abarim mountain range, Mount Nebo is mentioned in the Bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land before his death.
- Madaba, known for its 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land.
- Arrive at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth.
- Dinner and overnight at Dead Sea.
Day 12/16 Mar/Mon: Jerash – Baptism Site – Dead Sea (B/D)
- After breakfast, proceed to explore Jerash, a well-preserved Greco-Roman city and UNESCO site.The Greco-Roman world, also Greco-Roman civilization, Greco-Roman culture or Greco-Latin culture, as understood by modern scholars and writers, includes the geographical regions and countries that culturally—and so historically—were directly and intimately influenced by the language, culture, government and religion of the Greeks and Romans. A better-known term is classical antiquity.
- Stop at Qasr el-Yahud, believed to be the Baptism Site of Jesus. Qasr el-Yahud, the revered baptismal site on the Jordan River, is not just a place—it’s a profound experience. This sacred spot, steeped in spiritual significance, is where tradition holds that Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist. It’s a place that resonates with the echoes of millennia, inviting visitors from all walks of life to immerse themselves in its tranquil yet powerful atmosphere.
- Mass at the Church of the Baptism.
- Enjoy time floating in the healing waters of the Dead Sea.
- Dinner and overnight.
Day 13/17 Mar/Tue: Amman – KUL (B)
- After breakfast, enjoy a short city tour of Amman.
- Time for last-minute shopping for Dead Sea products.
- Transfer to airport for your flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
Day 14/18 Mar/Wed: KUL
- Arrive KL International Airport with the fond memories of Cyprus, Holy Land and Jordan.
